As 2020 drew to a close, I found myself reflecting on nearly seven years in Dubai’s real estate industry. I couldn’t shake the frustration of seeing companies burden their employees with every imaginable expense – from visas to medicals to real estate licenses. It became evident that when brokers were weighed down by these financial stresses, it inevitably impacted their ability to provide top-notch service. It’s a simple equation: a company unwilling to invest in its brokers won’t prioritize their training and development, ultimately hindering the experience for buyers and tenants alike.

This realization fueled the inception of Storeys, a brokerage founded with the broker’s well-being at its core. Since then, our growth trajectory has been unprecedented in Dubai’s real estate scene. We firmly believe in the age-old adage: “if you look after your employees, they will look after the client.”

Amidst our rapid expansion, it would be easy to lose sight of our mission, but we remain steadfast. We continuously enhance our tools and sharpen our brokers’ skills to deliver a superior level of service to every client.
