This notice explains what happens with your data when you use this website. It is written for the site as it actually works today, and it is deliberately short because this website collects very little.

No cookies, no tracking, no analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics, advertising or tracking services. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no session recording. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers to retrieve the font files and Google receives your IP address in that request.

The enquiry form

The form on this site does not send your details to a server of ours. When you submit it, your own email programme opens with the text already filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. Your details therefore travel by email to enquiries@storeys.ae and are stored in our mailbox, nowhere else on this website.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or by telephone using the numbers on this site, that conversation is handled by the respective provider under their own terms.

What we do with an enquiry

We use your name, contact details and what you tell us about your search to reply and to prepare a property shortlist.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Where we need to share details with a developer to register your interest in a specific project, we tell you first.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry and for any resulting transaction.

Legal basis

We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Processing is carried out on the basis of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. If you contact us from the European Union, we process your enquiry on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. One email to enquiries@storeys.ae is enough.
